What is Zen Staff Rod?
Two panels agree on 38,470 attack, +30 luck, and Divine rarity. The quest tracker asks for 5 Legendary final blows at Fossil Island with Taiji Hooking Art V2, plus 5,000,000 Coins. A Legendary finished with any other skill does not count. A fresh rod showed three of four skill slots locked until rod levels 8, 16, and 20.
