What is Volcanic Island?
Volcanic Island is island 5. The unlock text asks for those three Snow Island fish at any weight and 4,000,000 Coins. There is no Rod Merchant. Quest rods are the Crimson Bead Rod and the Bamboo Rod. Azure Dragon Soul is at the top of the volcano. Trading for rod skins, skills, and auras opens here. Fish cannot be traded. Some English text says Volcano Island; the Index and fast-travel panel say Volcanic Island. Boss spots: the boat dock, and the small dock at the back.

How do you get Volcanic Island?
Sail to the island and pay the NPC at the arrival point. From Snow Island onward the unlock is a quest, and you can hold only one quest at a time. The quest panel on key 3 shows the next requirement before you leave.
How do you use Volcanic Island?
Lock fish the next gate names before you sell. Prepare Coins and fish first if you want to unlock on arrival. A teleport pass, where owned, returns you to islands you have already unlocked. It does not skip a locked gate.
