What is Taiji Hooking Art V2?
Taiji Hooking Art V2 belongs to the group Taiji Hook Arts. The published damage line is 160x over 32 hits and the cooldown is 41.5s. The multiplier is not a raw damage number. Written guides say the equipped rod sets the attack value that skills build on. Nobody has published the exact formula. Quest upgrade, not a roll. A separate clip called a 193x skill the strongest, so the top spot is not settled.
